自动卷帘门的设计问题

为保证自动卷帘门的零部件具有正常的功能,应避免机械零件的失效。失效指机械零部件失去了设计所赋予功能的状态,机械零件的实效与制造零件材料、 零件工作环境、工作应力状态有关。设计上为保证零件的预期功能,需要所设计的零件在强度、刚度、稳定性、摩擦、温度等方面满足设计基本要求。

  (3)表面破坏。零件的表面破坏主要是腐蚀、磨损和接触疲劳。这些表面破坏时随时间的延续而逐渐发生的失效形式。对于遭受这种破坏的零件应选用耐腐蚀材料或采用各种防腐蚀的表面保护,例如发蓝、表面镀层、喷涂漆膜及表面阳极化处理等,以提高零件的耐腐蚀性能。
